Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or similar).
• Proven experience in an engineering leadership/management role within a technical environment.
• Strong background delivering complex engineering projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with engineering tools such as Altium, GitHub, and Jira.
• Solid understanding of engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and resources.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical involvement.
