  • Managing and supporting Contract / Project Engineering Managers
  • Executing assigned business objectives
  • Leading in Competency and Training initiatives
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships for contracted activities
  • Developing and retaining motivated, competent personnel
  • Serving as a process owner
  • Providing performance reports to senior management
Qualifications:
  • HNC or equivalent with extensive engineering experience
  • Chartered Engineer or equivalent from a recognized professional body
  • Demonstrable industrial and management experience at a relevant level

  • Proficiency with discipline-specific software and fostering development
