Job Description:

Our client, a leading provider in the Food Manufacturing industry with multiple sites serving well-known UK grocery retailers, is looking for an Engineering Maintenance Shift Supervisor based in Wrexham.

Salary: £54,394 + pension + 21 shift holidays + overtime at 1.5x + other benefits

Shift: 4 days on, 4 days off, day/night rotation

The Role

Lead the engineering team to ensure the delivery of scheduled and reactive work, optimizing plant availability. Implement training and development plans to meet engineering and production needs. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including ownership of the dynamic risk assessment process. Minimize engineering downtime, accurately log repair times, and coordinate with planning and operations teams to complete PPM in a timely manner.

• A recognized electrical or mechanical qualification
• Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor
