About the Company

Our client is a leading provider in the Food Manufacturing industry, operating multiple sites. Their customers include all the well-known UK grocery retailers.

The Role

Lead the engineering team to ensure the delivery of scheduled and reactive work, optimizing plant availability. Implement training and development plans to meet engineering and production needs. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, including ownership of the dynamic risk assessment process. Minimize engineering downtime, accurately log repairs, and monitor repair times. Coordinate with planning and operations teams to ensure timely completion of PPM tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Recognized Electrical or Mechanical Qualification
