Job summary

Kettle Produce Limited in Scotland seeks an experienced maintenance planner to plan and schedule maintenance activities in a food manufacturing environment. You will coordinate labour, materials and contractor support while ensuring CMMS records are up to date.

Qualifications

  • Confident planning work, prioritising tasks, and communicating with different teams.
  • Experience using CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in food manufacturing is advantageous.

  • Plan and schedule planned, preventive and corrective maintenance work
  • Manage work orders, maintenance records and updates within the CMMS
  • Coordinate labour, materials, spare parts, tools and contractor support
  • Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to minimise downtime
  • Support safe working practices, food safety standards and continuous improvement
