Job summary

Estates Engineering Maintenance Assistant role at Royal Stoke Hospital within University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. You will join the Retained Estates Team, carrying out maintenance and repairs to hospital facilities to support high-quality patient care.

At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations. The University of North Midlands is looking to recruit an Estates Engineering Maintenance Assistant at Royal Stoke Hospital. This is following an initial training period with the Retained Estates Team at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. You will be keen and enthusiastic working within a large team to assist in the provision of a high level of service to the hospital. Your duties will include carrying out maintenance and repairs to the hospital.

The candidate will ideally have experience of engineering maintenance repairs and services. It's essential that you are an effective team worker, with the ability to provide support to other tradesmen within the Estates Department.
