Cranswick Country Foods in Watton, Norfolk is recruiting a Semi Skilled Engineer to support engineering and production with efficient machinery operation. Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week from 6:00 to 18:00, with potential overtime.

You will set up production machinery, perform checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate records while upholding food safety and health and safety standards. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to think quickly and work under pressure.
• Motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Flexible with daily hours for handovers and overtime.
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn new skills.
• Able to work well in a small team.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate production machinery.
• Carry out routine machine checks and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment issues.
• Support production teams to achieve daily targets.
• Complete paperwork and machine records accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production colleagues.
