Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that bring engineering principles and practical skills to life.
• Teach across a variety of programmes, including full-time study programmes and apprenticeship pathways.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessment and attendance.
• Develop high-quality teaching materials aligned to industry standards and emerging engineering technologies.
• Support learners in both theory and practical workshop environments, ensuring safety and industry relevance.
• Collaborate effectively with curriculum area managers, colleagues and employer partners to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.
• Provide cover when required to maintain consistency of teaching and avoid disruption to students' learning.
