Our Engineering Department is seeking a dynamic Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join our team at the Medway campus.
The successful candidate will primarily teach on our BTEC Level 3 Diploma and Extended Diploma in Engineering. Key units may include:
Experience in welding, fabrication, electronics, or robotics would be highly advantageous for our students.
The college boasts excellent facilities, including a CAD suite, electronics lab, welding bays, and a fully equipped engineering workshop with lathes, CNC machines, and more.
Lecturers should be passionate about their subject and enthusiastic about developing students' English, Maths, and employability skills. Regular target setting and progress monitoring will support student success.
