Your Role:

As a leader, you will guide our Engineering, Maintenance, and Process Control teams. Your goal is to improve production efficiency while achieving cost objectives. We aim to enhance performance, reduce waste, and operate at optimal capacity.

• Lead and motivate technical teams to meet production and cost targets.
• Manage and optimize the capital budget and develop your team.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained and ready for operations.
• Oversee the engineering budget with strategic planning.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through collaboration.
• Handle hiring, development, and performance management of team members.
• Promote innovation in manufacturing and technical processes.
• Maintain environmental compliance and safety standards.

Your Credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years in engineering, with project management experience.
• Over 4 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with extrusion and thermoforming is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
