Ready to lead engineering at a company where AI is at the heart of everything?
A market leading Ad-tech SaaS business are on a mission to revolutionize how retail businesses grow — with AI and automation powering every part of their platform. They are now looking for an experienced and driven Engineering Lead to join their core team and help shape the future of their product and technology.
In this role, you’ll lead a small, high-performing engineering squad focused on building scalable, customer-first solutions that directly drive product innovation and revenue growth. You’ll balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, and play a key role in evolving their engineering culture and practices. Collaboration is key — they move fast, think boldly, and use AI as a true force multiplier across everything we build.
You’ll need to be strong in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, and bring deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), CI/CD and DevOps automation, and API/database management, particularly with RESTful services and MongoDB.
You should be comfortable leading Agile teams in fast-paced environments and confident balancing delivery speed with high standards of quality and security. A customer-first mindset is essential, as is the ability to mentor and retain top-tier engineering talent. Experience in AdTech or SaaS is a nice bonus, but not necessary.
The role is predominantly remote, with 1-2 days a week in their Liverpool Street office.
If you're ready to take on a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape both the product and the people behind it — and you're excited to build in a fast-moving, AI-native environment — apply below.
