We are currently recruiting a Lead Engineer HVAP to join our team in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, critical environment where your expertise will directly impact the performance and reliability of our clients' operations.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and allocating tasks to engineering team members
  • Managing costs related to maintenance activities
  • Ensuring critical systems (data centres, computer rooms, etc.) meet SLAs
  • Operating change control and dilapidation plans
  • Providing technical reports and emergency response support
  • Monitoring utilities and environmental programmes
  • Supporting audits and statutory compliance
  • Liaising with EHS specialists to ensure safety and compliance
  • Escalating urgent issues and maintaining documentation
Qualifications
  • Qualified Electrician (Apprenticeship, HND, C&G)
  • 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations - Essential
  • Experience in data centres/critical environments - Desirable
  • Strong knowledge of emergency protocols and environmental monitoring
  • IOSH or equivalent H&S training
  • Excellent communication and supplier management skills
  • Experience with BMS Controls, HVAC, UPS, and Critical Cooling - Desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems
