Job summary

Consult in London is seeking an Engineering Lead for Enterprise Data Provisioning with GCP to drive data mesh, data products and AI-enabled engineering accelerators. The role focuses on leadership across architecture, delivery, and governance within a hybrid London setup.

The candidate will oversee large engineering teams, complex transformations, and executive reporting, guiding transformation roadmaps and cross-team collaboration in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Clear, demonstrable experience as a Head of Department/Director managing financial, people, changes and stakeholder coordination.
• Leading complex technology and people change across a regulated matrix organisation.
• Leading large, multi-location engineering teams to deliver outcomes at scale (6–12 feature teams).
• Architecting, delivering and migrating at least 2 data warehouse transformations to Cloud.
• Establishing transformation roadmaps, intervention plans and executive reporting structures.
• Managing complex dependencies across technology, architecture, platform and business teams.
• Experience developing AI-led engineering teams.

Must have experience:
