Electrified Systems Engineering Lead Business Analyst

Situated at the heart of Product Development within a prestigious company, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of mobility. With an umbrella rate of £26.82/hr, increasing to £33.15/hr after 12 weeks (Inside IR35), this role is your gateway to being part of something truly transformative.

What You Will Do:

  1. Coordinate monthly budget reporting, including budget deployment, risks & opportunities, and workload vs. headcount tracking.
  2. Provide chief level business metrics and support order process and spend plan.
  3. Align timing to support Business review meetings, chair MPIM, Chief TDR, and BPR Meetings.
  4. Lead program resource estimation activities and manage department ISO documentation.
  5. Maintain program look-ahead & health chart documents and department launch support plan.

What You Will Bring:

  1. Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  2. Knowledge of current EV technologies and components.
  3. Demonstrable experience of working independently and strong oral and written communication skills.
  4. Experience in a PD business office, budget, or resource planning role.
  5. Self-motivated with excellent team building and leadership skills.
