Job summary

SwitchTT is hiring an Engineering Lead in London for hybrid working two days per week. You will own technology direction, roadmap, and the team growth as the product scales.

You’ll work in a high autonomy startup environment to deliver strategic features and architecture decisions, aligned with business goals. The role requires 7+ years in software engineering, demonstrated leadership, and experience with cloud native technologies at scale (AWS preferred).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in high scale product-led environments.
• Evidence of leadership and ownership within a startup/scale-up environment.
• Experience working in a startup with autonomy and cloud native technologies at scale (ideally AWS).

SwitchTT are partnered with a B2B SaaS start up who after 3 years are closing in on profitability, hiring for an Engineering Lead to take ownership of strategy, direction and greenfield product development. You’ll be working on a product used by some of the largest B2B SaaS businesses automating processes and improving efficiencies and in turn revenue.

As the Engineering Lead you’ll steer a highly collaborative team who are about to double in size, who are constantly learning and evolving, working on product features. Not only will this role take ownership of the team, technology decision making and strategy but offers the chance to contribute to the business direction.

With an extensive list of feature requests from existing customers as well as, onboarding new larger customers - this is an excellent time to be joining for someone with ambitious career goals.

Engineering Lead requirements:

• 7+ years’ of software engineering experience working within high scale product led environments
• Evidence of leadership and ownership within a start up/ scale up environment
• Experience working within a startup environment with autonomy
