Senior Technical Services Manager

Location: Bristol

Division: Retail

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Technical Services Manager to join our Retail division with the potential to advance into an Engineering Lead role.

• You will take full responsibility from tender to completion for fit-out/refurbishment projects valued up to £10m+.
• Attend and chair meetings with clients, designers, specialist contractors, and team members where appropriate.
• Contribute to and produce regular project reports and attend project meetings.
• Review designers’ and contractors’ drawings for completeness and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure ongoing installations meet contract specifications and industry best practices.
• Provide expertise in planning and executing building services engineering delivery and commissioning.

Skills and Experience

• Industry-recognized qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Experience managing medium-sized projects (£10m+) at a senior level, preferably including at least one large project (£20m+).
• Deep knowledge of the construction process, especially fit-out/refurbishment.
• Pre-construction knowledge and tender experience.
