Job summary

Soil Engineering Geoservices Limited is seeking an experienced operations professional to strengthen our Coatbridge team. You will manage day-to-day contracts across the UK, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and strong client service while collaborating with the site team.

This role requires a solid geotechnical background, clear communication, and a willingness to travel. Full UK driving licence is essential; previous site-based contractor experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience within the geotechnical industry and understanding of ground conditions, drilling and site investigation works.
• Strong contract management skills and customer-focused approach, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Full UK Driving License is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational control of contracts within the UK.
• Focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and performance to programme.
• Maintain commercial awareness and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with site teams to keep contracts within budget and targets.
• Liaise with clients and regional teams to support relationships.
