Penguin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Geologist to join its ground investigation team near Stratford-upon-Avon. The role involves supervising site investigations, preparing reports, and contributing to desk studies.

You will work on a variety of geo-environmental projects, travel to sites with a full UK driving licence, and benefit from ongoing training and a clear career path within a respected consultancy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences or related field.
• Experience in geotechnical or ground investigation.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Live within commuting distance of Stratford-upon-Avon.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site and ground investigation activities.
• Prepare factual and interpretative reports.
• Complete desk studies.
• Monitor groundwater and ground gas.
• Log soil and rock samples.
• Liaise with clients and project teams.
• Mentor junior staff.
