Overview

We are looking for candidates that can manage day to day operational control of contracts within the UK, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, performance to programme and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Candidates will maintain commercial awareness ensuring the Company is not exposed financially and to achievement of full margins from operational activities.
• Candidates will be able to manage contracts such that they perform in line with budget and to maintain a motivated, effective and safety conscious workforce.
• Candidates will ensure good client relations and that the clients requirements are met, to maximise opportunity for repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience within the geotechnical industry, with a solid understanding of ground conditions, Drilling and Site Investigation works.
• Good understanding of geotechnical processes and contract management, with an excellent understanding of written English and a good understanding of letter writing.
• Good customer-service focus and a professional approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and regional team members.
• Full UK Driving License Required.
