This role combines deep technical expertise with coaching, mentoring and stakeholder engagement, enabling you to influence engineers at scale through training, workshops, content creation, events, platform enablement and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practice with modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, IaC).
• Proficiency in at least one major language (Python, Java, C#, Go).
• Ability to create demos, workshops, and code samples for education.

Responsibilities

• Drive developer education and community engagement.
• Promote adoption of modern engineering tools and best practices.
• Create training content, run workshops, events and platform enablement.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve engineering practices.
