Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the delivery of a portfolio of programmes within the Radio Estate, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  2. Make informed, commercial decisions to support service performance and mitigate risks.
  3. Manage team members working on these programmes, driving performance and development.
  4. Oversee all reporting related to key performance indicators, H&S compliance, and financial targets.
  5. Communicate programme progress and implications effectively to stakeholders.
  6. Ensure programmes meet service level agreements, customer expectations, and are delivered on time and within budget.
  7. Maintain legal and regulatory compliance, including adherence to H&S legislation and BT safety practices.
  8. Foster an inclusive work environment where all backgrounds can succeed.
  9. Manage supplier and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with BT standards.
  10. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on demand and supply.
  11. Provide operational performance insights through data analysis.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven people management skills, with experience handling performance issues.
  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills for business insights and change advocacy.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business impacts.
  • Problem-solving skills, especially in complex or uncertain situations.
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
