Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a portfolio of programmes within the Radio Estate, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Make informed, commercial decisions to support service performance and mitigate risks.
- Manage team members working on these programmes, driving performance and development.
- Oversee all reporting related to key performance indicators, H&S compliance, and financial targets.
- Communicate programme progress and implications effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure programmes meet service level agreements, customer expectations, and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain legal and regulatory compliance, including adherence to H&S legislation and BT safety practices.
- Foster an inclusive work environment where all backgrounds can succeed.
- Manage supplier and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with BT standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on demand and supply.
- Provide operational performance insights through data analysis.

- Proven people management skills, with experience handling performance issues.
