Engineering Director

Location: Cambridge, Onsite

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Director to join a high-growth technology company specializing in advanced RF systems for wireless communication. As Engineering Director, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, covering RFIC, RF systems, validation, and software development. You will also shape the company's engineering strategy, processes, and technical capabilities as they scale.

This is a strategic leadership role for a candidate who enjoys growing high-performing engineering teams, refining development processes, and fostering a collaborative technical culture in a fast-paced, early-stage business.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven engineering leadership experience within RF, electronics, or system-level product development
