Job summary

Cammach is partnering with an Aberdeen-based engineering consultancy to appoint a permanent Project Manager. You will establish and lead a new project delivery function, setting up structure, processes and controls from sale through to delivery, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and testing.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement as the business grows its product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a new project delivery function.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
• Process-driven with ability to implement new processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects/orders from handover from Sales.
• Interface between client and internal teams during project execution.
• Establish a clear project management process from order to delivery.
• Introduce procedures, reporting and project controls.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and testing.
• Manage priorities, timescales and client expectations.
• Identify issues early and drive actions to resolution.
• Ensure clear responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables.
