Overview
We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with broad expertise, however of particular interest would be candidates with aerospace or military experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering delivery, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget
- Manage full V–lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Develop and maintain engineering plans, tracking progress and milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks, minimising impact on delivery
- Solve problems proactively as they arise
- Seek opportunities for project efficiency and improvement
- Manage projects predominantly sitting in the Hardware domain
- Strong communication skills to work across boundaries and maintain stakeholder engagement
- Ability to remain level–headed under pressure, ensuring smooth project execution
Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- A lower qualification would be acceptable for example HNC/HND should the candidate be able to demonstrate significant demonstrable experience in lieu
Essential skills
- Strong understanding of the V–lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects across multiple domains
- Expertise in tracking project progress, managing risks, and maintaining budgets
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to problem–solve and proactively seek project improvements
Experience
- Proven experience in engineering delivery management
- Post graduate relevant work experience
- Aerospace experience but candidates with Military or other adjacencies experience may suit this role.
- Able to work across the full Engineering Development Lifecycle
