Job description

We're excited to announce multiple opportunities for Engineering Degree Apprenticeships! If you've completed A-Levels or hold a Level 3 BTEC in Engineering and want to earn a degree while gaining hands‑on experience on real‑world projects—all while getting paid—this is the perfect next step for you. Our degree apprenticeships typically take four years to complete. You'll spend one day per week at university (travel required to Swansea or Pontypridd) and the rest of your time working within our engineering teams on rotations. We offer exciting opportunities across multiple engineering disciplines. If you're invited to our assessment day, you'll have the chance to choose the degree route that best suits your interests. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll rotate through key departments in manufacturing, engineering, and design—gaining hands‑on experience and putting the theory you learn at university into practice. This will give you a complete understanding of how we take a concept and turn it into a finished product delivered to customers worldwide.

Requirements
  • Maths and English at Grade 3 or above
  • Three A‑Levels, including Maths and at least one Science subject at Grade C or above, OR a BTEC Level 3 at Merit or higher
