The Engineering Coordinator – Electrical Design High Voltage role comes with a salary of up to £75,000 + benefits package.

Responsibilities and Duties

Reporting to the Project Engineering Manager you will:

1. Coordinate design interfaces between company, stakeholders, and design partners through concept and detailed design packages.
2. Ensure engineering assurance is undertaken in accordance with the client requirements.
3. Identification and control of engineering design change.
4. Undertake design reviews of vendor deliverables to check for compliance with requirements, constructability, safety, and temporary works requirements.
5. Provide technical expertise within their discipline and inspire project teams to perform, innovate, and deliver sustainable design solutions.

Professional Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

1. An Electrical Degree or equivalent qualification would be highly desirable.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience with High Voltage electrical design or coordinator roles within the same sector.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including management, stakeholders, coworkers, clients, and vendors.
4. Experience using AutoCAD and ACC software would be highly beneficial.
