Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a technical engineering leader to develop and enhance engineering controls and BMS platforms across a broad property portfolio.

You will write standards, manage suppliers and collaborate with IT, engineering and operational teams to deliver consistent, compliant and high‑impact solutions. This role offers hybrid working and a path to influence technology direction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering Controls or Building Management Systems (BMS) or related technical discipline.
• Proven track record delivering technical projects on time and to spec.
• Experience writing technical specifications and managing suppliers.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Ability to balance operational priorities with long-term strategic planning.
