Overview

Contracts Manager (Rolling Stock) London (SE1)

Are you an experienced Contracts manager who has worked in the Rail/Rolling stock sector? Would you like to join an experienced team on a Permanent basis based out of London but working on a Hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

• As Contracts Manager you will manage Engineering Contracts and provide high quality and professional commercial expertise with a particular focus on Rolling stock leasing, maintenance and modification contracts.
• Supporting business planning process, contract negotiations and producing new contracts and contract variations relating to Rolling stock leasing, maintenance and modifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Contract Management within Rolling Stock sector is highly desirable although other Heavy Engineering sectors will be considered
• A Strong financial and commercial awareness
• Knowledge and understanding of framework agreements
• You will have good negotiation and influencing skills as well as be a strong communicator
• A good commercial awareness and attention to detail

Location and Benefits

The role is based out of SE1 but offering 2 days per week from home. They offer salary circa GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 plus excellent benefits to include Free rail travel on relevant network as well as discounted rail travel on other networks.
