A leading real estate firm in Birmingham seeks an Engineering Compliance Analyst to ensure compliance across its portfolio. The role involves managing the Compliance Plan, producing reports, and providing support to operational teams. Engineering Compliance Analyst
Reporting to: Engineering and Asset Management Lead
The Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring engineering compliance across the portfolio, delivered through the GPA supply chain, and management of the Compliance Plan.
All staff are required to fulfil their legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts and omissions, and to follow all guidance and instructions given in this respect.
In line with annual IPMP.
Desirable: UK Government Level 1B Security Check (SC) clearance, qualification in maintenance, compliance, project or CMMS management.
On-site – Birmingham, GBR.
