Job Description

Engineering Assessor (Electrical/Mechatronics) in Merseyside, up to £40,000 p/a, full-time, permanent.

We are working with an education provider in the Merseyside area who are looking for an Engineering Assessor (Electrical/Mechatronics) to join their team.

You will be required to travel out to workplaces (mainly in the Merseyside area, but some in the wider North West) in order to assess and document the vocational skills of their Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Mechatronics apprentices.

The starting salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), and the package would also include a stakeholder pension, and 32 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:

  • A level 3 Engineering qualification
  • An assessor award (or willingness to achieve one)
  • Industrial experience of Electrical Engineering
