Role: Engineering Apprenticeships Operational Manager

Location: Uxbridge

Salary: £46,543 to £50,646 per annum (including London Weighting)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

About the Role

Clarus Education is recruiting an Operational Manager to lead Engineering Apprenticeships at a prestigious FE College Group in West London. Our client is a successful merged College Group with 5 campuses and strong industry links.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage curriculum delivery for Mechanical and Electronic Engineering apprenticeships
2. Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners
3. Ensure high-quality assurance across all provision
4. Lead a team of lecturers and assessors
5. Drive growth in the Engineering apprenticeship portfolio

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• Level 5 teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DET)
• Assessor and Verifier qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching/assessing Engineering
• Proven track record of meeting targets and successful outcomes
• Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and learner pathways
• Experience delivering apprenticeships
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
