Job summary

DEMOB JOB LIMITED is recruiting an Engineering Apprenticeship Assessor to support Royal Signals apprentices. The role delivers and assesses the Level 3 Engineering Technician apprenticeship from induction through End Point Assessment, with learners based locally in Bulford, Andover, Aldershot, Fareham, Blandford, Colchester and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have served in the Army, Royal Navy or Royal Air Force, hold an HNC or equivalent in electrical/engineering, and possess

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in teaching, coaching or mentoring is advantageous.
• Electrical engineering background with service in Army, Royal Navy or Royal Air Force is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver apprenticeship training through a mix of one-to-one and group sessions.
• Assess learner work, provide constructive feedback and support progression.
• Carry out learner inductions and ongoing progress reviews.
• Identify and support individual learner needs for successful completion.
• Motivate, coach and guide learners throughout the apprenticeship journey.
