Cogent Skills is working with Accord Healthcare Ltd to recruit Apprentice Multi-Skilled Engineers at its Fawdon site. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company with excellent career and development prospects.
Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4 or above, including English and Mathematics.
Note: Candidates with a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering or similar will not be considered.
Starting salary: £20,576.46 per annum, with annual increments of approximately £4,000 from Year 2 to Year 4.
Shift allowance of £3,703.76 per annum (15% of salary) from Year 2 onwards on a rotating 2-shift pattern.
Potential earnings for a qualified Multi-Skilled Engineer are around £41,000 p.a. plus shift allowance.
Location: Accord Healthcare Ltd., Fawdon Manufacturing Centre, NE3 3NB.
Hours: Mon-Fri, starting with 37.5 hours/week in Year 1, increasing to 40 hours/week from Year 2, including potential night and weekend shifts depending on business needs.
Duration: 42 months
