Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Laboratory Setting, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)Job Description
Summary:
In this role you will be participating a wide range of maintenance engineering activities throughout our production footprint. You will engage with colleagues at multiple levels and from several subject areas, to work together to ensure we deliver an exciting and robust production facility to our clients!
You will take part and take accountability for maintenance activities (planned and unplanned), utilising operational excellence and continuous improvement activities. With the aim of improving equipment reliability and ensuring minimal equipment downtime.

About the apprenticeship
This hands-on program combines academic study with real-world experience. In the first year, you'll attend Swindon college two days a week to build a strong technical foundation. In the second and third years, college attendance reduces to one day a week as you gain more on-the-job experience. Your final year is fully work-based, giving you the skills and confidence to thrive in the engineering industry and work towards your End Point Assessment (EPA).
