Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too. We see hybrid working as a way to balance and flex our time between the office, home, or another remote working place. Everyone is expected on site, on average, a minimum three days per week. But specific arrangements will vary from role to role and gig to gig. We encourage and support flexible working arrangements where we can.
When you’re building, manufacturing, inspecting or repairing some of the most advanced engines in the world, the margin for error is, quite literally, microscopic. That’s why we invest so much in training our Practical Apprentices. We provide a salaried job and the support to gain nationally-recognised qualifications.
