Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage the Workshop and Engineering Department, including a team of HGV Technicians, Engineers, a Service Coordinator, and an Administrator.
  • Oversee the maintenance of our fleet of HGVs, Plant Equipment, and Material Handling Equipment.
  • Meet KPIs, implement positive changes, and manage performance levels.
  • Complete risk assessments and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of PPMs and reactive maintenance within the plant.
  • Achieve targeted MOT pass rates.
Essential Skills
  • Previous experience managing a busy HGV fleet workshop.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other computer programs.
  • HGV maintenance qualification.
Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
