About the Role:
  • To support the engineering team in repair of industrial equipment by providing administrative support.
  • Conduct data entry into company IT systems recording accurate information and highlighting issues to management.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, engineers and other branches whilst maintaining good interpersonal relationships.
  • Conducting administrative tasks such as ordering stores, completing payroll, submitting quotations and processing orders.
  • Monitoring stock levels of office supplies, PPE etc and reordering as required.
  • Assisting with planning and organisation of a number of business functions.
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:

You will be-
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • A strong communicator both verbal and written with excellent IT skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible, willing to learn new systems and processes.
  • Capable of working independently, seeking advice from engineers, sales, administration and management as required.
  • Knowledge of a similar industry desirable but not essential.
