Engineering Administrator
Location: High Wycombe

Salary: Up to 27,000 per annum

A growing engineering and manufacturing company in High Wycombe is looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator to support their production and quality teams. This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.

The Engineering Administrator will ideally have the following:
  • Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Experience with handling purchase orders and production schedules

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

The Engineering Administrator role will involve:
  • Assisting with production coordination and scheduling

  • Controlling and tracking purchase orders and supplier deliveries

  • Supporting the Quality Manager with documentation and audits

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow

  • Handling general office administration, including filing and data entry

  • Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
