A growing engineering and manufacturing company in High Wycombe is looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator to support their production and quality teams. This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
The Engineering Administrator will ideally have the following:- Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with handling purchase orders and production schedules
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
The Engineering Administrator role will involve:- Assisting with production coordination and scheduling
- Controlling and tracking purchase orders and supplier deliveries
- Supporting the Quality Manager with documentation and audits
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Handling general office administration, including filing and data entry
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
