Job Description:

NOV is looking for an Engineering Administrator to join one of our Hydra Rig Business Units in Great Yarmouth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to the Engineering, Projects and Production department teams by preparing and distributing documents as required.
  • Provide Projects/Production with copies of drawings as directed by Engineering
  • Assist with manufacturing documentation and bills of materials (BoMs) as directed
  • Assists departments in working with Engineering to issue correct drawings and have drawings corrected as required
  • Complete QA training requirements, demonstrating general understanding and practice
  • All other assigned or associated tasks and duties to help meet or exceed the customer expectations and company goals
  • Maintains all company information as confidential

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, further education in a technical subject preferred
  • Computer literate including good command of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Full, current UK car Driving Licence is advantageous.
