Job Description

Position Title: Engineering Administrator

Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 per year + Benefits

Location: Bristol (Hybrid – 3-4 days in office)

Your New Employer

This is your chance to join a growing company at the forefront of the clean energy transition. Working in partnership with public and private stakeholders, this organisation is delivering large-scale infrastructure programmes that support the UK’s net zero ambitions. With a focus on energy efficiency and sustainable transport, they offer a mission-led environment where structure meets impact, and every team member plays a vital role in driving real-world change.

Your New Role

As the Engineering Administrator, you’ll act as the central link between field engineers, project managers, suppliers, and clients. Your responsibilities will range from planning daily work schedules and tracking maintenance jobs to preparing documentation like RAMS, test certificates, and commissioning reports. You’ll write concise meeting summaries, update the front pages of proposal documents, manage file versions, and keep compliance records up to date.

Your Background

You’ll come from a coordination, technical admin, or operations support role, ideally within engineering, electrical, construction, or renewables.. You’re someone who’s detail-oriented, comfortable writing up reports, and confident navigating spreadsheets, document trackers, and client portals. Experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, or job management tools would be a plus.

In Return

You’ll receive a competitive salary, along with private medical and dental insurance, 25 days’ holiday, pension, training and development support, cycle to work scheme, and access to a salary sacrifice EV leasing programme. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a high-growth, future-facing sector and make your mark on one of the UK’s most ambitious sustainability initiatives.
