Role: Engineer Surveyor – Pressure

Location: Based at a fixed client site - Sellafield

Package: Salary £46,260 -£49,344, £4,000 Location Allowance, Car Allowance of £5,000 pa or Company Car, one-off retention payment of up to £2,500, £2,000 one-off joining bonus

Role Purpose

To carry out high-quality inspections ensuring pressure equipment complies with current regulations and standards. You will operate within authorized limits, inspection, and H&S standards, with a focus on customer service and timely delivery.

To produce and deliver inspection reports using Bureau Veritas’s tools, providing clients with access to stay updated on standards and legislation, acting as an advisor to high-profile clients, and delivering customer excellence in a professional, friendly, and authoritative manner.

What does it take to apply?

Bureau Veritas holds several accreditations including UKAS, SAFed membership, and SS01 compliance.

Candidate requirements for Mechanical Inspection roles are:

• Minimum Level 4 HNC, HND or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification
• Minimum three to five years’ relevant industry experience working with pressure vessels, steam pressure equipment, piping, air receivers, and heat exchangers
