Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking candidates for an immediate start as Service Desk Support in London. The role includes providing 1st line support, managing accounts, and operating within agreed Service Desk procedures. Ideal candidates will have demonstrable Service Desk experience, preferably within the public sector.

Qualifications

  • Previous demonstrable Service Desk experience required.
  • Exposure to public sector is ideal.
  • Immediate availability preferred.

  • Manage user accounts and password resets.
  • Support and manage Active Directory.

Job description

To be considered for the role, you will have previous demonstrable Service Desk experience and ideally have exposure to the Public Sector.

The successful applicant will be required to:

  1. Provide 1st line telephone support
  2. Account administration and password resets
  3. Support Windows Operating systems
  4. Support MS Exchange/Outlook
  5. Manage Active Directory
  6. Support bespoke and specialist systems
  7. Log calls on the service management tool
  8. Receive & log fault call information ensuring all details are accurate and meaningful and correspond to agreed Service Desk procedures

These roles will fall in scope for IR35, so candidates will need to work via an Umbrella Company or PAYE.
