Annual salary ranges from £27,154.92 to £29,995 for a 39-hour week contract.

A PPM Engineer will support the Engineering Team to maintain hotel operations, ensuring safety, security, conservation, and compliance at high standards.



What will I be doing?

As a PPM Engineer, you will support the Engineering Team to ensure proper functioning of maintenance operations, including property upkeep and energy conservation. You will also contribute to team development and stay updated on compliance regulations. Specific tasks include:

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance in hotel rooms
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls
  • Execute preventative maintenance schedules
  • Assist in energy conservation initiatives
  • Recommend system improvements and energy savings
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Keep technical skills current

What are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, or Plumbing
  • Knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work
  • Experience in large hotel, hospital, ship, or restaurant maintenance
  • Strong work ethic and customer service passion
  • Ability to work independently within deadlines
