  • Collaborating closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful reporting outputs.

  • Automating and optimising reporting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the mortgage data landscape.
  • Ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance across all MI deliverables.
  • Translating complex datasets into clear, user-friendly visualisations and narratives tailored to a range of audiences.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting Agile methodologies and best practices for the deployment, monitoring, and enhancement of data and reporting solutions.
About you

  • Proven ability to design and deliver analytical and reporting solutions for mortgage pipelines, product performance, and regulatory submissions.
  • Skilled in developing interactive, self-service dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView, enabling business users to access timely, data-driven insights.
  • Familiar with ETL concepts and experienced in managing data pipelines across cross-functional environments to support real-time insights, operational metrics, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong experience in integrating and migrating data from multiple sources, with a focus on data quality, governance, and lifecycle management.
