This role involves the efficient administration and support of the CWS Billing System and other platforms such as Provisioning System, Managed Wi-Fi, Kiosk, CWS Datawarehouse, and Customer Care systems.

The ideal candidate must be familiar with and able to perform database administration functions, manage Customer Self Care systems, and understand the company’s requirements to translate them into products and services. They should be an open-minded, innovative, and creative thinker capable of developing projects and providing relevant training to CWS staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, IS, Computer Science, or a relevant field (relevant lower qualifications with experience may also be considered)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in the same field for a minimum of 2 years
• Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, initiative, and commitment
• Ability to work in a dynamic and pressured environment with honesty and flexibility to work odd hours or attend call-outs
• Understanding of database servers (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and proficiency with SQL queries
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of programming, scripting, Linux, and Windows server administration
