A leading company is looking for a Health & Safety Engineer for a full-time temporary role based in Yate, Bristol. The position entails conducting site inductions, producing risk assessments, and developing health & safety plans. The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH qualification and possess experience in highways work, contributing effectively within a team to ensure project delivery.

Job description

Engineer (Health & Safety) needed in Yate, Bristol, £40ph PAYE – Reference: 366712

  • Undertake site inductions.
  • Site supervision, spot checks and audits.
  • Produce risk assessments and method statements.
  • Develop construction phase health & safety plans.
  • Report continued performance to the Operations Manager.

You will ideally have:

  • Ability to work as part of a team so ensure project delivery.
  • Competence to work and produce documents independently.
  • Relevant NEBOSH qualification.
  • Experience in highways work.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
