A growing client in Gloucester is seeking an administrative assistant to join their supportive team. This role involves scheduling work, responding to customer inquiries, and general administrative support. Full training will be provided, and candidates with a keen desire to grow in an administrative role are welcome. The position offers a salary of £25,500 – £26,000 with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Working from their bright and modern offices you will be based within a supportive team assisting with scheduling work and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling work diaries and book in customer appointments.
- Responding to all incoming calls and emails.
- Receiving all relevant information in relation to repairs and processing/redirecting this to the relevant person.
- Ordering parts and items identified by the engineering teams.
- General administration tasks and providing support to the team.
Whilst previous office experience is a bonus it’s not essential. Our client is very happy to consider candidates who are keen and willing with the desire to grow within an administrative role.
