This diverse and exciting role includes providing specialist technical advice, coordinating activities with third parties to deliver a range of projects and/or services including:
You will be educated to at least HNC/HND standard in civil engineering or a related field and possess experience and knowledge of current highway design, Transport Assessments/Statements, and local planning legislation, procedures, and techniques.
Professional membership of a relevant body is desirable, demonstrating your commitment to continuous professional development and significant post-qualification experience in this field.
You will have excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills, be prepared to represent the Council in various forums, and have a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to your work and team management.
