Job summary

ARM in London is seeking a qualified Senior Architect to join a major transport and built-environment organisation. This hands-on role requires strong design, technical and stakeholder management skills across 2-3 delivery areas including mixed-use developments and public realm.

The position is hybrid with a 6-month initial contract and potential extension. Experience in TfL projects is beneficial but not essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation or Revit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with a strong design background.
• Senior-level experience across all RIBA stages.
• Strong technical, regulatory and detailing knowledge.
• Experience in client-side architecture or design assurance.
• Able to work independently and develop design solutions, scopes and NEC Works Information.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with design management/coordination or public realm projects is desirable.
• Broad, generalist architectural experience.

Senior Architect - Built Environment

Location: London - Palestra

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Rate: £529.00 per day - Inside IR35

Contract: 6 months initially, with potential extension
