Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Engineer support team. This role involves assisting engineers with day-to-day queries, planning issues, and payment queries. Engineers are essential to our core business operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable engaging with engineers via phone, live chat, and email.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support engineers with any queries they may have regarding their jobs, billing, and general administration.
  • Liaise directly with the planning team regarding any installation issues that may arise.
  • Reimburse engineers for extra materials and carry out any required deductions.
  • Reply promptly on our live chat system to engineers, providing job updates, job re-planning, and recording sickness.
  • Register products with the correct governing bodies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to daily operations.
  • Ensure customer documentation is sent out in a timely manner.
Skill set:
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage schedules and complete priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working alongside engineers and technical teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various digital tools and systems. Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • While prior experience in recruitment or compliance is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
